Receptionist – Aldershot
Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrator looking for a 9 to 5pm role? If so, this could be the role for you.
What will you be doing?
- Meet and Greet clients
- Manager incoming calls and redirect to correct people
- Keeping the visitor book updated at all times
- Keeping the board room tidy
- Ordering lunches / refreshments for meetings
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post and couriers
What skills do you need?
- Reception experience
- Multitasker
- Patience
- Smart appearance and well spoken
- PC skills including excel
