PalmerSport is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join the team at Bedford Autodrome , the home of our prestigious corporate motorsport events. Working on a zero hour contract, you will assist in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our facilities and suites, ensuring customers, guests and colleagues enjoy a first-class experience throughout the site.

This is a hands-on position within a supportive team, offering variety and the opportunity to work in a unique motorsport environment.

For this role you will be:

• Ensuring the venues facilities, hospitality suites, offices, public areas, and toilets, are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
• Performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the pitlane areas throughout event days
• Following all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
• Working as a team to achieve efficient and effective cleaning operations
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department for timely resolution

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning role is preferred
• A Full UK driving licence is essential for the role
• Strong attention to detail
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations
