About You

• Professionally qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Commercially minded and a confident self starter who is happy to challenge the status quo
• A skilled communicator with a high level of energy and productivity working effectively with key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Enjoy a visible role encouraged to 'get out and get known'
• With a finance team to support you, you'll be comfortable in a hands-on role as well as dealing with the more complex and project based elements
• Demonstrate initiative with a forward facing and flexible approach
• Significant experience in team recruitment, management and development, process improvement and change management with a track record of delivering change
