The Mandolay Hotel, Guildford
Full-time, 40 hours per week
£19.00 per hour, including holiday pay
Equivalent to £36,480 per year, based on 40 hours per week for 48 weeks
Plus paid overtime at £19.00 per hour

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our well-established kitchen team at The Mandolay Hotel in Guildford.

The Mandolay is a busy four-star hotel with a one AA Rosette restaurant, a strong reputation for quality food and extensive conference, wedding and banqueting facilities. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work across restaurant service, private dining and large-scale events.

The role

  • Full-time, permanent position

  • 40 hours per week

  • Five days over seven

  • £19.00 per hour, including holiday pay

  • Paid overtime at the same hourly rate

  • A varied mix of restaurant and banqueting work

What we’re looking for

You’ll have previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step. You should be passionate about producing high-quality food, comfortable working in a busy kitchen and able to maintain excellent standards during both restaurant and large banqueting services.

You’ll need to be reliable, organised and able to work well as part of an established team.
