Do you thrive in organised environments, enjoy solving problems, and get real satisfaction from helping a business run more smoothly? If making systems clearer, stronger and more efficient sounds like your kind of challenge, then this role could be perfect for you!
About the Role
We’re looking for a Process Improvement (Quality Systems) Coordinator / Administrator to help us keep our management systems running smoothly and evolving as we grow. In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to make sure our processes stay compliant, clear, up-to-date and continuously improving.
No two days will look the same. You might be reviewing documents or analysing data one moment and carrying out an internal audit or helping a colleague understand a compliance requirement the next. If you enjoy collaborating with others and making systems work better for everyone, you’ll find this role both rewarding and impactful.
Key duties include:
What We Need from You
You'll need to be an organised and proactive person who enjoys improving how things work. You will need to bring solid administrative experience and confidence using Microsoft Office and SharePoint, along with a structured and reliable approach to your work.
Strong attention to detail is essential, as is a clear and friendly communication style. You will be comfortable working with people at all levels and asking the right questions to understand how processes operate. You will enjoy exploring why issues occur, supporting compliance checks and ensuring our ISO and management system responsibilities stay on track.
You’ll thrive on managing your own workload, prioritising tasks and approaching problems logically and with evidence.
Most importantly, you will bring confidence, curiosity and a genuine commitment to improving the way we work.
A bit about the team:
Our QHSE team may be small, but it delivers a big impact. You'll be working closely with our QHSE Controller, who is passionate, skilled, and genuinely people‑centred, making processes and compliance feel practical, accessible and meaningful. If you’re looking for a collaborative environment with a manager who will support you to grow and truly thrive, this is the team for you.
What working at Novatech means for you:
There are heaps of other perks when working for us! For starters, we’re an accredited 'Great Place to Work', as voted by our amazing staff via the 'Great Place to Work' engagement survey.
We embrace a non-corporate vibe and believe that when you can be your authentic self, that you enjoy your work more and take greater pride in what you do. We respect the skills and experiences everyone brings to the business - and we'll support you with delivering the ideas and strategies you bring to the table to support our growth journey.
We’re all about your wellbeing and regularly organise team events, employee awards, and charity dos. We also care about the environment and have won awards for our efforts, which include being a net positive business (meaning we put more energy back into the grid than we use – which we are super proud of!).
Work life balance is important to us. As we mentioned earlier, we offer hybrid working arrangements. We are really lucky, as we have good transport links to the office for when you come in, alongside free staff parking and a lockable bike shed for if you drive or ride.
