Job Summary:

As a Breakfast Supervisor at the Mandolay, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests start their day with a delightful breakfast experience. You will lead a team of breakfast attendants and oversee the daily operations of our breakfast service. Your commitment to providing outstanding service, attention to detail, and leadership skills will be essential in creating memorable mornings for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train breakfast attendants to ensure efficient and consistent service.
• Coordinate breakfast set-up, ensuring that all items are well-presented, fully stocked, and meet our quality standards.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
• Monitor and manage breakfast inventory, including ordering and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the breakfast area, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest enquiries, resolve issues, and provide recommendations on menu items and dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of food and beverages to the breakfast area.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment, motivating and coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Continuously seek ways to improve breakfast service and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and quality standards.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.
• Customer-focused mindset and the ability to handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism.
• Team-oriented with strong leadership and training abilities.
