Exclusively working with an established business with the introduction of an experienced and qualified Financial Controller to join on an initial fixed term contract for a period of 9-12 months.

Although we have stated Brighton as the location, this will be a fully remote role working closely with the Finance Director based in the UAE. As this is an urgent contract we expect that you will be available without notice.

Following a period of recent mergers and the subsequent integration and alignment of systems and processes, you will support the FD with the day to day control of the finances allowing her to focus on some immediate and sizable projects.

You will be an experienced manager not necessarily of people but of financial processes. The offshore accounts function and financial responsibility for this role include transactional finance, corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, treasury and fx management as well as assisting in budget and forecasts preparation. Assisting with the development of internal control policies and procedures will also be required.

Certainly plenty to keep you busy over the period of the contract! And with the FD based overseas, you'll have plenty of time to fine tune your video communication skills!
