Individualised Support Services (ISS) does just what it says on the tin. 'E' and 'L' both have autism but this label does not define who they are. L loves listening to music, going out for drives to the country in her car, and watching classic films like Grease. E is very artistic, musical and loves talking with people. Precovid she really loved her voluntary jobs working in the library and local care home.  We are looking for motivated, positive people to join our team to support these two fantastic women in all aspects of their lives.

If you are flexible, able to work shifts and sleep in, self motivated to lone work and are truly committed to supporting people to live their life of their choosing and like to have fun then we would love to hear from you.
