I am working closely with my client, a reputable & forward-thinking company in Horsham, to recruit for Finance Manager.

Working on a permanent and full-time basis (08:30-5.30 pm) this position entails:

• Tax Returns & tax planning
• VAT Returns
• Financial Analysis
• Providing profit & loss reports
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Quarterly & year-end reports
• Budgets and Forecasts
• Preparing year-end reports
• Managing & supervising a team of 2 (initially) but with a view to this team growing with time

The ideal candidate WILL:

• Have 3 years' post-qualified experience- ACA, ACCA or CIMA (Desirable)
• Have strong and up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations (IFRS)
• Excellent communicator
• Strong commercial & business acumen
• Be a sharp and ambitious candidate
• Have strong experience in the above duties
• Possess strong people management skills & have experience of supervising a finance team previously
