A highly acquisitive Insurance Broker is looking to hire a Regional Finance Business Partner to assume responsibility for two business on the South Coast.

For the most part you will be based in Bexhill (East Sussex) with occasional travel to Bournemouth (Dorset) possibly 1-2 times per month.

This is a high profile and visible role across the Group responsible for driving initiatives, reviewing existing processes and procedures.

A hybrid role in that you'll be providing a true Business Partnering function building strong working relationships across the business as well as working in a Financial Controller capacity responsible for overseeing the production of the month end management accounts with accompanying Board reports highlighting key variance analysis along with scope to be involved in Group led initiatives around MI, IT and potentially M&A.

About You

• Most likely ACA, ACA or CIMA qualified
• An insurance background would be beneficial but not essential
• Strong all-round system skills with advanced Excel skills
• First class communication skills with a commercial mindset and outlook
• Experienced in leading, mentoring and training a team
