The location for this role is flexible and could suit a homeworker, however the successful candidate would be required to attend regular monthly meetings held in our Horley Office.

We are looking for hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join our busy UK payroll processing team based in Horley. 

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 6 Payroll Managers as well as managing your own portfolio of clients. 

The role covers the payroll process from start to finish, building schedules with your clients to arrange receipt of data/reports, processing the payroll information, providing each client with required reports to check and reconcile their Payroll, creation of BACS files, closing the payrun for each period, printing and dispatching Payslips.

Working in a bureau environment is very fast paced so you must be able to work well under pressure, be organised and not be phased by multi-tasking
