Strong administration skills with PowerPoint and knowledge of different systems?
Looking for part time – 3o hours per week over 4 days? (possible flexibility)
We are seeking a part time administrator to cover a maternity leave in Godalming for an initial 12 month period. Salary £25,000 ft equivalent so £20K for 30 hours plus benefits.
What will you be doing?
- Typing up correspondence, reports, proposals
- Producing invoices on an in-house billing system
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets
- Supporting the team with client events
- Covering reception when required
What do you need?
- Strong secretarial and administrative skills;
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
