Sales / Lettings Support Administrator
Chertsey
£20,000 - £22,000 + 22 days holiday +BH + pension, company socials, Bi-annually bonus based on profits

Mon to Fri – 37.5 hour week 1 hour lunch

An opportunity for someone who has previously enjoyed the property or estate agency industry but does not want to be targeted on sales or number of lettings, or work weekends, to join expanding commercial organisation in Chertsey as an Administrator, Monday to Friday.

  • Updating and amending CRM with data, correspondence and documentation
  • Preparing and collating administration files with legal and money laundering documentation for the let or sale/resale of properties
  • Assisting in all aspects of the preparation of developments in readiness for properties to be let and managed
  • Liaising with other departments on properties coming to market
  • Regular client communication via phone or email on the progress of completion of their property in preparation for letting
  • Regular client communication via phone or email on the progress of sale properties
  • Attending departmental and interdepartmental meetings where required
  • Promptly following up on tasks on CRM



Skills and Experience

  • The ideal candidate will be very database and IT literate who has worked with CRM's or web based databases.
  • You will need to be accurate and a highly organised individual with a real can do attitude who can work well in both in a team but also at times alone.
  • Should also be a good communicator and be able to multitask and prioritise tasks for completion in a timely manner.
  • Discretion, professionalism and accuracy are paramount when liaising with clients on behalf of the company.
