Sales Support Administrator

An expanding distributor is looking to recruit an Administrator to support the expanding sales order processing team at their Walton office.
Responsible for processing customer sales orders on database, setting up new customers, updating system with customer promotions, checking with accounts to ensure customer within credit limit, dealing with customer requests and enquiries by phone, stock forecasting, manual stock checks, and resolving issues with deliveries and discrepancies, requesting information on new products from suppliers, managing paperwork for bonded warehouse and placing purchase orders with suppliers.
Experience required:
It is a small friendly, relaxed open plan office, casual dress with a fun dynamic atmosphere.
