Hours: Mon – Fri 08.00 – 18.00 with 1 in 2 Saturdays 08.00 - 12.00

A great opportunity has become available to join a well establish dealership in Aldershot. They are looking for a Service Advisor to join a friendly existing team. The Service Advisor will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers in a friendly manner and dealing with all enquiries. The Service Advisor's duties will entail, but will not be limited to:-

• Meet and greet customers to standards set
• Engage with customers both by phone and face to face to provide high standard of service
• Achieve targets for product challenge set on a monthly basis
• Achieve mystery shop target set on a monthly basis
• Ensure Service plan targets are met
• Ensure all customer's information is up to date
• Record and manage administration for all service history

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills:-

• Previous customer service experience
• Have a friendly and outgoing manner
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be highly motivated and proactive
