Office Administrator
Farnham
£16,000 - £21,000 DOE + 20 days holiday, Pension, Parking, possibility of study leave and training for AAT could be given.
MUST DRIVE & OWN VEHICLE
Due to expansion, a progressive Chartered Accountants firm is looking for Office Administrator to join their busy friendly team. You will be responsible for supporting the Practice Manager with adhoc administration duties. This would suit somebody who has an interest in accountancy and would like to have the opportunity of studying AAT.
Skills needed:-
- Must be organised
- Previous experience working within an office environment would be an advantage
- Use of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good clear telephone manner
- You will have a friendly personality, being able to work independently but also fit in well in a small team environment.
Duties will include:-
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Maintaining client database
- Dealing with post in and out
- Daily duties including filing, archiving, booking in client records and managing client database, returning records to clients and general accounts administration
- Ordering stationery and other office supplies
- All ad hoc duties supporting the teams
The role is 9-5.30 Monday to Friday, will also consider 25 hours per week on a part time basis (5 days)
