An independent estate agents based in Chobham Village, an industry expert in Residential Sales, Lettings, Land and New Homes who have won multiple nationally recognised estate agency awards run by the Sunday Times, the Negotiator Magazine and The British Property Awards is seeking a Leader of people to drive the branch forward.

• Leading, coaching, motivating and driving a team forward.
• Running an estate agency branch in a competitive market.
• Achieving sales targets and running a profitable branch.
• Winning instructions and generating business.
