Sales Administrator
Woking
£23000 - £25000 + 25 days holiday, pension and parking

Due to expansion a global manufacturer with worldwide brand presence are now looking for a National Account Sales Administrator to support the Operations Manager and team , working in a fun, friendly but busy environment.

Duties:
• Review daily orders received
• Order Management
• Review stock shortages
• Review shipping schedule using Microsoft Dynamics AX for next availability
• Advise customer of shortage & agree action plan
• Advise order entry of timing to re-run order when unavailable
• Update customer specific order trackers
• Assist with the booking / re-booking of deliveries where requested
• Liaise with customers where required regarding the status of orders & deliveries
• Customer invoicing
• Complete weekly / monthly stock availability reports
• Attend regular forecast review meetings in conjunction with Account Managers
• Assist Operations Manager in the prioritising of incoming deliveries to meet customer expectations
• Load all new contract pricing as received
• Update monthly invoiced volume / value sales by customer across the national account portfolio

• Previous sales order processing or stock monitoring, customer focused role
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excel/PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent personal organisation and business administration skills
• Ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative
