Sales Order Processing Administrator

£16,000 - £18,000 depending on experience

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a rapidly growing Company to join the Customer Support Team. The Sales Order Processing Administrator will be responsible for managing existing accounts and liaising with new customers. You will be the point of contact for quotes and order placing and processing orders. The Sales Order Processing Administrator tasks will entail but will not be limited to:-

  • Managing existing Accounts and liaising with new customers
  • Dealing with quotes, order placing and processing the orders
  • Account manage from order placing to delivery
  • Ensure you provide high standards of customer service

To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills:-

  • MUST have at least 6 – 12 months office experience
  • Some knowledge of order processing
  • IT literate
  • Have excellent time management skills and be numerate
  • Be a team player with a positive outlook
  • Have an excellent attention to detail
