An incredible opportunity has arisen for a Director of Sales within a large and expanding Hotel group.
Due to expansion this is a New Position within this site – and so my client is looking for passionate, motivated and experienced individuals with a strong Sales Management background in the Hospitality Arena.

Director of Sales

• Directly responsible for the development and implementation of the sales plan including; direct sales, telesales, appointment making, research, promotional campaigns, client negotiation and visits.
• Maximise current sales accounts as well as establishing new accounts and business clients; corporate & recreational.
• Investigate new areas of Market Development and target new prospective clients
• Responsible for the up to date reviewing of the Hotels pricing structure – also revenue and costings of rooms
• You will lead a small team of Sales executives and report to the General Manager and Regional Sales

You will be an excellent communicator and have an impeccably smart appearance. Experience in a similar role in a high-end hotel is preferred, however if you are looking to progress from a Sales Manager then this will also be considered.
This is a Monday – Friday and offers a great opportunity for work life balance!
In return for your hard work you will receive a salary and bonus package of up to £50,500 – also with the opportunity for progression within a large established Hotel Group
