Home Manager – Bracknell - £50,000 - £55,000 per annum – Full Time – 40 hours

The home manager vacancy exists due to a new and exciting home being built. They are looking for someone with broad knowledge and experience in home management to start up the home and continue running it. They ideally would like a home manager with an RGN/RMN qualification, they are looking at the majority of residents needing either dementia, nursing or residential care.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Liaise with CQC, Local Authorities and other statutory bodies to ensure satisfactory standards are maintained at the Home
• Ensure policy, procedures, practices and work instructions are understood and implemented to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Ensure maximum resident occupancy levels.
• Feedback to regional manager.
• Contribute to the development of the strategy and objectives for the home and to ensure successful execution.
• Take direct and positive action to ensure effective communication and relationship building between all staff, residents and their families.

The home will be a 64 bedded home, in Bracknell, opening soon. This vacancy is for a start as soon as possible to assist in getting the home up and running for the target date

The salary is between £50,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. It is a full time position of 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday shifts but an ideal candidate will have flexibility to possibly work at different times depending on the needs of the home and its staff.
