Their Residential Property team is highly regarded by the Legal 500, your workload will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages including portfolio refinancing, residential development and re-development, property transfers following death or relationship breakdown, documenting beneficial interests in jointly-owned property and first registration of unregistered land.

You will be a qualified Solicitor 6 PQE + with substantial experience in Residential Property dealing with complex and high value property transactions.
