What will be my responsibilities?

Working as a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be the face of their Travel Money Bureau. – offering a fantastic service to customers.

You'll demonstrate excellent customer service and product knowledge whilst following their compliance procedures, but it's your attention to detail, good head for numbers and sparkling customer service skills that matter most.

What skills & experience will I need?

Although you will be part of a small team you'll be working on your own most of the time so confidence to make your own decisions, and use your initiative are really important. Some experience of providing excellent customer service and previous foreign exchange, travel agency or banking experience would be perfect. A love of chatting to customers about holidays would also be nice!

Candidates are required to be aged 18 and over. This role offers a variety of shifts so all candidates need to be fully flexible.
